The Senior Practitioner role is a hybrid role working interchangeably across the KEYS Out of Home Care (OOHC) program and the Restoring Families program, responding flexibly to the needs, priorities and practice requirements of both programs.
The Youth Hubs (Third Place) located in Dandenong and Frankston headspace serve as welcoming, co designed spaces where young people (aged 12–25), their families, and community-based services can come together to foster connection, collaboration, and support.
Community Engagement & Youth Participation Officer (CEYP) role is integral in supporting access and engagement of young people and families to the services and programs offered at headspace and partner agencies.
