As a member of a small team, the Youth Worker (Outreach) provides direct service activities, crisis intervention, assessment, case work / case management services and ongoing support to minimise the harm of drug use to the young person. Youth Worker (Outreach) is required to work independently across a range of areas with support from the team and supervisor.

Youth Peer Worker

The BounceBack Program is commissioned through the South East Melbourne Primary Health Network (SEMPHN) under the Youth-Enhanced Service (YES) model and supports young people (aged 12-25) with severe mental illness who have complex needs and will benefit from a flexible and responsive service offering therapy, case management and clinical coordination for a 6–9-month duration.
